Brooke Bailey Named Clinical Director of New Breakthrough Behavior Clinic in Seminole County

The new 6,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art clinic celebrated its grand opening on February 22

Breakthrough Behavior is proud to announce Brooke Bailey, M.A., BCBA, as Clinical Director of the new Seminole Clinic in Longwood, Florida. The new facility marks the fourth Breakthrough Behavior clinic in Central Florida, further expanding services to children with developmental disabilities through applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment, speech therapy and developmental testing. The 6,000-square-foot Longwood clinic features private treatment spaces, specialty tools and resources, and one-on-one areas designed to maximize meaningful outcomes and achieve patient success. Brooke previously served as the Assistant Clinical Director of the organization’s Downtown Orlando Clinic.

“Brooke has such dedication to our core values in everything that she does,” said Breakthrough Behavior Chief Executive Officer Maegen Pierce. “Her compassionate approach to clinical care has led our clients to impressive results. We are so humbled to work with Brooke and are grateful for her leadership at our new Seminole Clinic.”

Prior to joining Breakthrough Behavior in the summer of 2019, Brooke worked with children with developmental disabilities as a kindergarten through second grade exceptional student education (ESE) teacher in the public school system.

“I am so excited for the continued growth of Breakthrough Behavior and to serve our Seminole staff and families in my new role,” said Brooke. “I have enjoyed being part of the process to set up the clinic in a way that prioritizes private work spaces as well as shared common areas for clients to participate in social skills activities such as circle time, arts and crafts, and collaborative play. My top priority for this new clinic is to ensure clinical excellence is delivered to all clients.”

Brooke earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Stetson University and her master’s degree in exceptional student education with a concentration in ABA from the University of West Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and playing with her golden retriever Versace.
